Key Points
- Seller delivery is followed by warehouse scanning, weighing and media processing.
- The standard photo set and the number of units checked are different; specify extra coverage at purchase time.
- Review promptly: the stored-item return article gives five days from entry, subject to seller acceptance.
Confirm Warehouse Entry
Seller Delivery and Warehouse Processing
Check the domestic delivery record first, then the warehouse entry. The normal receipt workflow includes scanning, weighing and QC photography and is described as taking about one business day after receipt. A delivered carrier scan alone does not establish that those steps have finished.
Keep the purchase number and domestic tracking number together if an item has not appeared. This lets support identify the delivery being checked rather than confusing it with an international parcel that has not yet been created.
Domestic Delivery & Warehouse Entry
A seller’s courier can show delivered before an item appears in warehouse inventory. The item first enters a sign-off area, then is scanned, photographed and weighed. The normal processing reference is around one business day after receipt; check the order record before treating the two statuses as a mismatch.
If the domestic parcel is still missing in transit, provide the purchase number and seller tracking to account support. The platform can ask the seller to investigate with the domestic courier. This is a seller-to-warehouse issue and should not be confused with an international parcel insurance claim.
Understand and Review the Media
Standard Photos and Product Video
The standard QC help describes four photographs. Compare the photographed option and visible condition with the purchase record. For a multi-item order, read the separate sampling rule below before assuming every unit appears in that set.
A separate QC introduction describes an approximately 15-second product video. Review the media attached to your own order and the service selected at purchase. An overview video does not replace a requested measurement view or a close-up of a particular detail.
Bulk & Multi-Item Orders
For multiple identical items from one link, default QC covers one randomly selected item rather than every unit. Detailed-photo services are needed for additional items you want checked. Confirm the required service quantity at order time; a standard QC set is not a promise of four photos for every item in a bulk order.
State which units need extra coverage and confirm the required service quantity before purchasing. A random sample can help you review an order, but it is not a unit-by-unit inspection or a guarantee that every item is identical.
Detailed Photography
Select Detailed Photography when submitting the procurement order and write the views or details you need in the notes. Once normal QC has been completed and the item has been stored, it cannot be taken down simply to add this service. Plan close-ups and measurement requirements before purchasing.
QC Review Checklist
Photos and video show visible features. They do not establish authenticity, long-term durability or an exact personal fit. Make the shipping decision from the information actually supplied, not from a QC count alone. The comparison of photos and in-hand reviews explains how their evidence differs.
| Check | Compare with | Action if unclear |
|---|---|---|
| Model, size and color | The purchased variant and order remarks | Raise a mismatch before packing |
| Visible condition | Available front, back, label and detail views | Identify the exact area that concerns you |
| Quantity and included items | The purchase record and any bundle contents | Confirm what the standard sample actually covers |
| Measurement requirement | The chart and order-time photo instructions | Review whether the selected service supplied the requested view |
Gifts, Functional Checks & Service Limits
If a seller included a gift that you do not want shipped, state its removal in the packing remarks. Without instructions, the warehouse includes the received contents by default. Separate an unwanted free gift from an item that was part of the paid order.
For electronics, watches and other functional items, the described test checks basic operation such as power, indicators or timekeeping. It does not establish future reliability or a manufacturer warranty. Product malfunction and transport damage have different after-sales treatment; consider the function-testing and insurance exclusions before purchasing.
Resolve Problems Before Packing
Wrong Items, Breakage & Replacement Orders
If the warehouse receives the wrong style, size or color, or a broken item, identify the mismatch in the order and start a Return request. The help center describes a refund to the account balance after the seller processes the returned item, followed by a new purchase.
You can place the replacement order while the first return is still in progress, but the new purchase needs its own payment. The expected refund is not automatically available to fund it. Confirm any seller-fault return-charge arrangement with support rather than assuming every return has the same deductions.
Warehouse Return Window
The stored-item return article gives a five-day request window from warehouse entry, subject to the seller accepting returns. Check QC promptly and confirm the actual seller deadline. Other help text has less precise wording, so do not wait five days before submitting a request.
Customized goods and seller-listed non-returnable items may not qualify. A warehouse request still needs seller acceptance and the return/refund process; ordinary free storage does not extend the seller’s return period.
Storage and Shipment Readiness
Ordinary Inventory Storage
Ordinary warehouse items have 90 days of free storage. Arrange a paid extension if you need more time; items left beyond the storage period without an extension can be discarded. Keep track of each item’s remaining storage time rather than waiting until the last day.
Completed rehearsal parcels follow a separate holding policy. Do not treat the ordinary 90-day inventory allowance as 90 free days for an already packed rehearsal parcel.
Warehouse Decision Before Shipping
- Match the warehouse item to the purchase number, selected variant, quantity and included components.
- Review the media and any order-time measurement request; identify unresolved details by item and location.
- Finish any seller return decision before submitting international shipment.
- Check each item’s storage balance and keep an extension record if more time is needed.
