MyCNBox Spreadsheet FAQ

01

The spreadsheet

What you can find here and how the product references work.

Is this a Google Sheet or a website?

This is a browsable website organized around spreadsheet-style product references. You can explore eight categories, compare brands and reference prices, and open individual product pages. There is no downloadable Google Sheet or spreadsheet file on this site.

Is this the official MyCNBox website?

This is an independent product directory, separate from the official MyCNBox service. We organize product references and publish comparisons, buyer stories and shopping information. Purchases, account support, warehouse services and parcel shipping are handled outside this website.

How do I find a product in the spreadsheet?

Start with a category such as shoes, hoodies or electronics to compare saved references and open an individual product page. To search the current external catalog, enter a brand or item name in the homepage search and submit it; matching results open in a new tab. Product pages also have a Browse current options button for checking the corresponding live listing and available variants.

02

Products & sizing

Check the details that matter before choosing a variant.

Full guide : Clothing sizes & measurements
How should I choose a clothing size?

Use the size chart for the exact listing and compare its garment measurements with a similar item that fits you well. For tops, compare chest width, length, shoulders and sleeves; for trousers, compare the waist, rise, inseam and thigh. Check whether a measurement describes the body or the finished garment, and whether the chart uses centimeters or inches. A letter size alone is not a reliable comparison between sellers.

Which shoe-size information should I compare?

Measure both feet while standing and use the longer measurement with the size chart for the exact shoe model. Confirm whether the listing uses US, UK or EU sizing and whether a US size is for men or women. Consider width as well as length. A size label or a centimeter marking on a shoe is not automatically the same as a measured foot length.

Do listing photos or buyer stories guarantee product quality?

Listing photos show how an item is presented, while buyer stories describe a particular order and the buyer’s experience. Neither guarantees the condition, fit or performance of a later purchase. Compare the exact variant with the photos of your own warehouse item, and check measurements or additional details before approving international shipping.

What should I check before choosing electronics?

Confirm the model number, device or operating-system compatibility, connectors, voltage, charging requirements and what is included in the selected option. Battery-containing products may need a different shipping channel and can cost more to ship than ordinary goods. Check route acceptance before purchasing; appearing in the electronics category does not mean every route accepts the item.

03

Prices & payment

Understand the difference between a reference price and your order total.

Full guide : Payments, coupons & points
Is the price on a product card the final cost?

No. It is a saved product-price reference. Your total can also include delivery within China, optional inspection or packing services, international shipping, payment or conversion charges, and any applicable import charges. Compare the selected variant and the complete payable amounts in your purchasing account, rather than budgeting from the product card alone.

Why can the USD estimate differ from the checkout amount?

The USD estimates in this directory use a saved reference conversion of 7.2 CNY per USD. They are comparison figures, not a live exchange-rate quote. A current product price, your chosen variant, the payment currency and conversion or processing charges can all change the amount shown at checkout.

Can I place an order or pay on this website?

This website does not have a checkout or collect order payments. Use the product reference to check the current listing, then complete your purchase through your chosen purchasing service. Confirm the source link, size, color, quantity and any inspection requirements there before paying.

Which payment methods and coupons can I use?

Use the payment options shown in your purchasing account at checkout; availability can depend on the payment provider and your location. For a coupon, check its eligible order type, minimum spend, expiry and usage conditions. A shipping coupon does not automatically discount the item purchase, and a promotion mentioned in an older post may no longer be available.

04

Warehouse & QC

Review your own items before they leave the warehouse.

Full guide : Warehouse storage & QC
What can I check in warehouse QC photos?

Check the visible model, color, size labels, item count and any noticeable damage or construction problems. Compare the photos with the option you ordered, rather than with a different color or product example. Standard photos may not show a measurement, a hidden seam, an internal detail or electronic functionality; request the appropriate service for details that matter to your decision.

When should I request detailed photos or measurements?

Select the detailed photography service when placing the purchasing order and explain precisely what you need: for example, chest width laid flat, an insole measurement or a close-up of a fastening. The official instructions say additional services cannot be added once the item has arrived at the warehouse, so do not rely on being able to request them later.

Does one set of QC photos cover every item in a multi-item order?

Do not assume that it does. The official multi-item guidance says the default photos cover one randomly selected item from a link containing multiple items. If you need separate checks, specify which items require detailed photos and confirm the service quantity and charge before purchasing. One pictured item cannot establish the condition of the others.

Can I wait for other items before shipping?

You can plan to combine warehouse items, but check the storage deadline for each item and the terms for extending it. Also check the seller’s return window before waiting: storage time and return eligibility are separate. Once the items you want to send are ready, review their QC photos and choose the contents, packing services and route for the parcel.

05

Packing & shipping

Compare routes using the parcel you actually plan to send.

Full guide : International shipping & insurance
How can I estimate international shipping?

Use the purchasing service’s shipping calculator with your destination, estimated parcel weight and dimensions. Compare the available routes, accepted contents and any additional charges. The final charge depends on the packed parcel’s measurements, so treat a calculator result or another buyer’s shipping bill as an estimate rather than a quote for your order.

Why can a light parcel still cost a lot to ship?

A route may charge by the space the parcel occupies as well as its physical weight. A bulky jacket or several shoe boxes can therefore produce a higher chargeable weight than the scale reading suggests. Check the specific route’s volumetric formula and weight rules. Removing unnecessary packaging can reduce volume, but consider how much protection the contents still need.

Is one combined parcel always cheaper?

No. Consolidation can reduce repeated packing or initial-weight charges, but a larger parcel may cross a route’s size or weight limits or have a higher volumetric charge. Compare the packed weight and dimensions of the combined and split options. Rehearsal packing can provide measurements before you choose a route; check its fee and cancellation terms before requesting it.

Will my parcel arrive as quickly as a buyer’s haul, and are import charges included?

A haul report records one parcel, destination and shipping experience. It does not establish a delivery time or tax arrangement for another order. Read the current route description for its estimated transit time, restrictions and whether it includes any import charges. Confirm what you may need to pay or provide at the destination before selecting the route.

06

Tracking & aftercare

Know where to act when an order or parcel needs attention.

Full guide : Returns, claims & refunds
Where do I track my parcel, and what if tracking stops updating?

Open the parcel in the Logistics Orders section of your MyCNBox account and check the tracking number and latest event. A handover or route stage may not produce an immediate public scan. If the status remains unclear, contact the purchasing service with the parcel number, tracking number and last update so it can investigate; the spreadsheet website cannot access or change your logistics order.

What should I do if QC shows the wrong item or a problem?

Contact the purchasing service through the order as soon as you see the issue. Identify the item and selected variant, explain the mismatch and attach the relevant QC photos or measurements. Ask for a return or exchange while it is still within the seller’s accepted window, before approving international shipping. Eligibility and charges depend on the seller’s terms and the circumstances of the problem.

Can I return an item after it arrives overseas?

Do not assume an overseas return has the same terms as a warehouse return. Contact the purchasing service before sending anything back and obtain confirmation of eligibility, the return address and the costs you would need to cover. The official after-sales guidance makes refunds dependent on seller approval and places restrictions on claims after QC approval and shipment.

What should I keep if a parcel arrives damaged or with items missing?

Keep the outer packaging, shipping label, packing materials and received items. Photograph the parcel condition, labels and affected contents, and keep any unboxing recording and delivery record you have. Report the issue promptly through the shipping service and ask what evidence and deadline apply to your route and any purchased insurance. Avoid discarding the packaging or attempting a return until you receive instructions.
