GETTING STARTED

Ordering & Checkout: Links, Payments & Order Status

Prepare the correct product option, submit a purchase and follow seller delivery through warehouse receipt. Keep purchase records separate from the later international parcel.

Key Points

  • Keep the product link, selected size or color, quantity and service requests with each purchase.
  • A paid purchase, seller dispatch and warehouse entry are separate events; check the actual order status.
  • Complete QC and return decisions before submitting an international shipment.

Before Checkout

Product Link, Option and Order Notes

Prepare a supported marketplace product link and identify the exact option: size, color, quantity and included items. Sign in to your MyCNBox purchasing account to place the order. This directory is for product discovery; it does not reserve seller stock or submit a purchase on your behalf.

Save the option and any customization or measurement request before paying. If a service such as Detailed Photography is needed, select it at the purchase stage rather than relying on a later warehouse message. Check the seller’s return conditions while the purchase can still be reconsidered.

Supported Items & Order Types

MyCNBox currently does not accept virtual-product purchases or forwarding orders sent directly from another seller, platform or warehouse. It also does not support shipping warehouse goods to a mainland Chinese address or another agent’s Chinese warehouse. Confirm an unusual order with support before sending or paying for anything.

Items containing batteries need a suitable shipping channel and may cost more to transport. Check the intended destination and item attributes before buying electronics. A product being available to purchase does not establish that every route will accept it.

  • Ask support about restricted categories before ordering, including liquids, pastes, powders and products with special export or destination requirements.
  • The shopping guide lists tobacco, alcohol and prohibited goods among unsupported items. Do not treat its examples as an exhaustive list of permitted goods.
  • For a seller-provided free item, the help center describes using a seller-created ¥1 order link with clear remarks so the warehouse can identify it. Arrange this with the seller and support; an informal promise is not a recorded purchase order.

Purchase Records and Domestic Delivery

Each product link creates a separate purchase record, even when several links come from the same shop. The help center does not merge those purchases into one order with one domestic delivery charge. Check the seller-to-warehouse delivery amount on each record.

Keep those purchase numbers until warehouse receipt is complete. Consolidation happens later: eligible warehouse items can be selected together for an international parcel. Combining items for that parcel does not retroactively combine the original purchases or their domestic delivery bills.

Purchase and Seller Delivery

Purchase Order

  1. Product link

Paste the marketplace link into the MyCNBox search field and open the returned item.

  2. Variant and quantity

Select the required size, color and quantity. Put specific requests in the order remarks before submitting.

  3. Initial payment

Review the product amount and domestic Chinese delivery charge. International delivery is paid at the parcel stage, rather than being included automatically in this first payment.

Procurement & Seller Delivery

After payment, the purchasing team orders from the seller. Paid orders are normally processed within one business day; seller dispatch and warehouse arrival depend on stock and the individual order. Check Purchases for the order’s progress, especially for pre-orders.

Seller dispatch to the Chinese warehouse is a domestic delivery, not the international shipment to your home. A parcel marked delivered domestically still needs warehouse scanning and photography before it appears as stored inventory.

Stock, Pre-Orders & Seller Delays

  1. Check the purchase record

Look for seller dispatch and domestic tracking. MyCNBox says it cannot independently confirm stock before you place the order, so a saved listing should not be treated as a stock guarantee.

  2. Separate a delay from a cancellation

If there is no seller tracking after about five days, check for a pre-order, stock shortage or factory wait. A separate help article recommends contacting support about a refund when the seller has not dispatched within seven days; these are follow-up points, not automatic cancellation deadlines.

  3. Follow the refund stage

If an item is removed or sold out and the purchase cannot be completed, the canceled amount is credited to the account balance. For an already purchased item, seller approval and order status affect the cancellation process.

Warehouse and International Parcel

Warehouse Receipt Before Parcel Selection

Wait for the item’s warehouse entry and available QC media. A seller’s domestic tracking status of delivered does not mean warehouse scanning, weighing and photography are complete. The warehouse guide explains those separate events.

Compare the received option, quantity and visible condition with the saved purchase record. Resolve a return or mismatch before selecting the item for international shipping. Purchase approval and parcel approval are different decisions. The photo and review comparison explains what those different forms of evidence can establish.

Recipient & Address Checks

Before the shipping payment, check the recipient’s name, country, full street address, apartment or building details, postcode and contact information. Use the format required by the selected carrier. The platform’s address instructions require an overseas delivery address matching the payment billing address; ask support before paying if your situation differs.

The parcel submission instructions state that an address cannot be changed through the platform after international dispatch. Correct it before shipping rather than assuming a later message will update the label. After dispatch, address problems need prompt contact with the local carrier, and a correction is not guaranteed.

Parcel Submission

  1. Item selection

Choose the warehouse items you want in the parcel and review the packaging instructions.

  2. Shipping payment

Select an eligible route for the destination, check its charges and pay the international delivery amount.

  3. Order tracking

Open Orders → Logistics Orders for parcel status and the international tracking record.

Keep the purchase order and parcel order numbers. They refer to different stages of the same shopping process.

Customer Service & Contact Channels

Use the Contact Us control on the official MyCNBox website or an authenticated account support ticket. The dedicated working-hours article lists 08:00–17:00 Beijing time (UTC+8), Monday through Sunday. Check the live support widget for holiday or availability changes; that is a service window, not a promise of an immediate reply.

The help center lists Service@mail.mycnbox.com for general service and Care@mail.mycnbox.com for payment issues. Use the contact details displayed on the official site if they change. This spreadsheet site cannot access your purchasing account, reverse a payment or contact a seller on your behalf.
