Payments & Fees: Currency, Coupons & Points

Understand the purchase and shipping charges, apply eligible discounts and follow payment problems. Keep reward points, account balance and withdrawal timing separate.

Key Points

  • Read the selected transaction’s goods, delivery, optional-service and payment costs before paying.
  • Apply seller discounts, platform coupons and points under their own conditions; an expected reward is not available cash.
  • If a payment or withdrawal is unclear, check its transaction record before creating another payment.

Purchasing Service Fee

MyCNBox currently lists no purchasing service fee for ordinary procurement. This does not remove domestic delivery, international freight, optional-service charges or bank and payment-provider costs. Read the full checkout breakdown instead of treating a zero procurement fee as a zero-cost order.

Reference Conversion and Checkout Currency

Keep the original RMB product price beside any USD browsing estimate. This directory uses a saved 7.2 CNY/USD reference for its displayed estimates. It does not quote the bank or payment provider’s transaction rate.

MyCNBox’s exchange-rate explanation distinguishes payment-provider conversion, settlement and spread from a mid-market rate shown by a search engine. Read the currency and total in the actual payment flow. When comparing two options, use the same conversion assumption rather than mixing a saved estimate with a bank-statement amount. The total-cost comparison shows how item prices and parcel charges affect the same budget.

Seller Discounts & Coupons

A private agreement with a seller does not automatically change the price imported from the product link. Arrange for the seller to update that listing price before you order. Do not assume that a seller’s separate coupon code can be entered in the agent checkout or applied after payment.

Coupon Claim & Application

  1. Claim the voucher

Sign in, open Account → Coupons and claim an available offer. Check the active coupon’s expiry, eligible order or route, minimum spend and any maximum saving shown in your account.

  2. Apply it to the right checkout

The coupon instructions describe choosing one coupon when submitting a parcel. A shipping coupon is different from a seller’s own product coupon, and the shipping calculator should not be assumed to have applied your account voucher.

  3. Check the final total

Confirm the selected coupon and revised payable amount before paying. A coupon-package headline describes a collection of vouchers, not a cash balance available for withdrawal or a guaranteed saving on one shipment.

For arithmetic only: an eligible 30% discount on an eligible $100 shipping charge would reduce it to $70. This example does not establish the terms of your particular coupon.

Pay and Resolve Transaction Problems

Payment Methods & Authorization

Listed payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL and some local wallets. Use the methods available in your checkout and complete the required 3D Secure authorization where prompted.

Failed & Pending Payments

Use the official authenticated payment or support flow for any verification request. Do not put full payment-card details or identity documents in public posts. Payment methods depend on the checkout available to your account.

Identity Verification & Canceled Orders

Some payment flows require identity verification before funds can be credited for purchasing. The platform’s KYC help says that failed or incomplete verification results in cancellation of orders and a remaining balance available for withdrawal. Payment-processor fees already incurred are not included in that refund.

Ask payment support which stage has failed before trying another payment. Keep the transaction reference, canceled order and balance record together. A canceled purchase, a refund into the MyCNBox balance and a return to the original card or wallet are separate records.

Use Rewards Under Their Own Rules

Points Value, Expiry and the Order Ceiling

The points article states 100 points = ¥1, with 90-day validity. Purchase and shipping orders allow points for up to 50% of the order amount, and redemption must use whole multiples of 100 points. Confirm the unexpired amount and the deduction offered on the actual order.

For example, a balance of 3,211 points has at most 3,200 redeemable in 100-point units, equivalent to ¥32. An eligible ¥40 order would still have a ¥20 ceiling, so only 2,000 points could be used under that ceiling. These are illustrative calculations from the published rules, not a promise that a particular checkout accepts every deduction.

Rehearsal Packing has a separate rule: its service article permits points to cover that fee in full. Do not apply the purchase/shipping 50% ceiling to that service, or interpret points as withdrawable account balance.

Membership & Points Earning Stages

Membership is based on accumulated purchase and shipping spending. The help center describes permanent tiers from Starter through King, with points multipliers increasing from 1× to 1.5×. Consult the membership screen for the current tier and the spending calculation; do not assume that every payment earns immediately.

Purchase-related points normally become available after warehouse receipt and the applicable return condition is completed, or after the item has shipped internationally. Shipping-order points are triggered by dispatch. Cumulative-spending milestones are separate reward schedules. Points-funded amounts are excluded from the spending amounts used in the published purchase and shipping schedules.

Check-In, Birthday & Sharing Rewards

Daily check-in runs in seven-day cycles; an interrupted streak restarts at day one. Birthday points require a birth date in the account and use the membership multiplier. These rewards follow their own conditions, so check the account’s current points record rather than counting an expected reward as payment already available.

The community-sharing program accepts original, publicly visible content tied to MyCNBox purchases or parcels. Submit the post link through the Purchase or Parcel page for review. A post can be rewarded once; approval and any weekly prize are separate decisions. Share an honest experience and check the current program conditions before relying on a reward.

An item-sharing link is generated while signed in, through the order or Review/Share entry. Referral rewards depend on the resulting purchase reaching the qualifying return/shipment stage. A normal product URL is not automatically an eligible account sharing link.

Follow Money Back to the Payment Account

Withdrawal Processing & Bank Arrival

After a withdrawal is approved, check Withdrawal History for the processing status. The dedicated timing article describes review and processing within about one business day, followed by an estimated 1–10 business days for the original payment account to receive the money. An older instruction mentions about five days; bank and provider processing is separate from platform approval.

If the expected receipt has not appeared, give payment support the original payment record, withdrawal reference, amount and processing date. Check provider deductions on that record rather than expecting the original gross payment amount to return unchanged.

Before Paying or Following Up

  • Check the purchase or parcel number and its selected option, services and payable currency.
  • Confirm which coupon or points deduction is actually applied, rather than only claimed or expected.
  • For a pending payment, retain the provider reference and check whether funds were deducted before paying again.
  • For a withdrawal, distinguish approval, platform processing and arrival at the original payment account.
